Information we process

• Usage and analytics data, including pages viewed, interactions, referring source, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie or device identifiers. This is processed through Google Analytics.
• Account data, including your email address, Firebase Auth user ID, and sign-in state. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in credentials.
• Account-linked records needed for features such as saved buildings, which may be stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Information you submit voluntarily, such as contact messages, building submissions, price-update requests, and any contact or other details included in them.
• If you use the chat, your message and search context may be processed by OpenAI to generate a response and stored in Firestore to operate and monitor the quality of the service.

Cookies and local storage

Your language choice is stored in a NEXT_LOCALE cookie for up to one year. Currency choice, recently viewed pages, and anonymous or account identifiers may be kept in your browser's localStorage until you clear them. Firebase and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and measure their services.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to operate the site and your account, remember preferences, respond to submissions, prevent fraud, maintain security, and understand and improve site usage. Depending on the information, processing is based on the need to provide the service, our legitimate interests, a legal obligation, or your consent where required.

Service providers and international transfers

Information may be processed by Google for Google Analytics and Firebase Auth/Firestore, by OpenAI only when you use the chat, and by our hosting, email, and technical-infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information. These providers may process information outside Armenia under their terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

We keep account information while an account is active and for a reasonable period needed to complete a deletion request, unless a longer period is legally required. Submissions and messages are kept as needed to handle them and for reasonable legal or security needs. Analytics events are retained for the period configured in Google Analytics and are then deleted or aggregated. The language cookie lasts up to one year; localStorage data remains until you clear it.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can also clear cookies and localStorage in your browser settings. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and children's information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. The service is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our features or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version on this page and change the updated date above.
