Methodology
The per-m² figure is the unweighted mean of each eligible project's published minimum asking price—not an average of sold units or transactions. “Lowest price” is the lowest published whole-apartment asking price in that district. Currency conversion uses the site's current USD/AMD value. “—” means no eligible published record is available.
