- Only listings marked active are shown.
- Projects not marked sold out that publish a minimum whole-apartment price come first, followed by projects not marked sold out without that price, then sold-out projects.
- Within each group, the order combines a large fixed boost for projects marked “New” with recent Google Analytics active-user counts attributed to project pages.
This automated order is not a rating of construction quality, developer reputation, or investment potential. Listing and analytics data are cached, so changes may not appear immediately.
